Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia using Australia Post. Orders are sent within 1 - 2 business days and usually arrive within 2 - 6 business days. All our post is TRACKED and we will send you the tracking number once it’s on its way.

Orders within Australia

If you spend more than AU$100, shipping is FREE! If you spend less than AU$100:
Standard Post anywhere in Australia is AU$10
Express post anywhere in Australia is AU$15

International orders

International shipping averages AU$25. Delivery usually takes between 7 and 15 business days. Please note that there may be occasion that your parcel is held up in international customs. We will not be held responsible for any fees associated with this that our international customers may incur.

Once orders are dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders can be tracked via the tracking link. 

What happens if my order gets lost?

Once your order has been posted, Mini Mabel cannot be held responsible if it gets lost. Your parcel is now in the postal system sent with a tracking number, and after that, it is completely out of our control. We will however do all we can to assist you in tracking down your parcel.
