Returns
We hope you are as much in love with your Mini Mabel gear as we are, however if you are not happy with it, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, letting us know your order number and the issue with the item. We will review your request and help you through the process.
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong size we can exchange it for store credit, on the condition that when your item is returned, it is unworn, clean, and in its original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your items, and we recommend you use tracked post to guarantee we receive it. We do not offer refunds for wrong sizes or if you have changed your mind.
Please note that the issuing of store credit is for the original price paid for the Mini Mabel item/s. It does not include any shipping costs incurred.
If the item you receive is faulty, please accept our humblest apologies! Let us know within 48 hours of receiving your collar, lead or harness by sending a photo of the fault together with your order number to hello@minimabel.com.au. We will replace the item if the stock is available, otherwise issue a refund.
